Lol, such a true saying! When i really needed a loan for my first home it was nearly impossible to get even tho i had decent credit and a steady job. Now im jobless and about to be homeless (selling my home) and dont need one, i get huge credit offers daily! Lol, makes perfect sence?!?!? NOT
