The recent stock market sell off has many people sounding the crash alarm, but what they fail to remember is stocks can not just 1. rally and 2. crash, but they also have 3. corrections...

Now while it is certainly possible for a market to go from a sustained rally with very few corrections into a crash, the more likely scenario is they rally, then correct.

The fact of the matter is people have gotten so used to stocks moving in only one direction, they seem to forget that markets can also fall-without crashing...
