Pokemon Go: How to see what pokemon are in your area, avoiding the 3 step glitch

https://pokevision.com has a map that utilizes Niantic API allowing for us to see every pokemon in a given area and when they will despawn.

I tried it out and was able to see what pokemon are near me and exactly where they are, before they despawn. Since we still have to deal with the 3 step glitch, I figured this would help a lot of people out.
