today I woke up at 7:00 a.m. and freshent up.

then,I did some light exercise.

rested for a while and had a light snack.

I ate the chickpeas I had soaked overnight.

then I started reading a book and exactly one hour letter.

I am finished my breakfast.

after which I started studying again.
