In my reflection I remembered explaining to my juniors about the dreams that had to be created. Dreams are a desire that energizes dream-makers to work harder to make dreams come true.

About Dream

In life, people since childhood have started to have a dream that is often called the word ideals. This dream is a form of our desire for something we want to get someday with full confidence and joy.

With pride, we say we want to be

doctors, lawyers, businessmen, presidents, ministers, mayors, teachers, pilots, soldiers, police and other positions

However, over time, the dream is eroded by the reality we create to inhibit action in fulfilling that dream.

Dare to Dream Big

We are involuntarily creating what is not important. We for many reasons say something that becomes a disease or an obstacle to achieve dreams. So, with a justified reason, we say we've got destiny like this, like what we get now.

In fact, there are many books that provide motivation for the reader to dare to dream, even introducing the techniques of how to dream right and what efforts we should do to get that dream.

In addition, many speakers on the proven motivation that he is able to give way to us to dare to dream and create a dream for success in the world. You just search on google about people who dare to dream and succeed, and how they struggle to create the right dream with the right size.

Still, a question arises, what if we fall asleep with those dreams? What if we can not achieve that dream? In the next section, I will explain how to dream with the level of dreams.

Creating Big Dreams

Once, when a student studying at the Faculty of Education asked me how to create the right dream? Is he wrong if he only dreams of being a teacher? I answered you, you are not wrong to be a teacher.

I need some time to think about how to explain the dream to the student. I tried to look at her eyes slowly. After I had a conviction to explain, I began the explanation by creating a level of dreams according to the person's education.

I say, is it wrong if you dream of becoming a Minister of Establishment in this Country? He replied with the sentence, of course not wrong. Then I continue the question, is it wrong if you want to become a leader in your university? He responded by feeling that he was getting sidekick from me. He said, no, I could be a leader at this university.

Then, why do not we create the dream of becoming a minister of education? He was silent for a moment. Then I told him that there is an old saying that should help us create big dreams.

We must dare to dream up to the sky, dreams that reach the stars. If we can not fulfill that dream, at least we can fall in the sky. If we still fall from that dream, we can choose to fall on a leafy tree. If we keep falling, then look for a place to fall in the river, so we can still enjoy the final result without any disappointment

Dream High

I said that, if he had the dream of a founding minister, his business would have been more energetic, such as the initial target of just becoming a scholar, then setting the target of being a professor.

So, if we can achieve the target in education. We can be a lecturer who at the end of the effort to choose to become the leader of educational institutions. Or, we can choose to be the head of the education office, the dream is a derivative of the highest dream.

If the target can not be reached with the maximum. We can choose to become principal. Then, the smallest dream is to become a teacher. Of course it all depends on effort and hard work.

However, to achieve all these dreams, we must also understand which path we should choose. If we choose a dream like the example. So, we must complete all levels of education, starting from earning Bachelor's Degree, Master and Doctorate.

Suppose we dream of becoming a teacher. So our effort is enough to earn a bachelor's degree. In fact, we have the ability to school to get a doctorate. Of course, the energy of creating dreams with the stages is the power to achieve the greatest dreams.

Therefore, let's rearrange the dream with the stages of how the level of dreams. Next, we can re-plan how to reach the stage to make the dream come true. Remember that God will give us everything we pray for in the effort and hard work we have done.

We must be sure that God will not change the fate of a people, unless the people themselves change it, we must understand that the destiny of God is a sure thing. However, human beings must strive and work hard to change their destiny
