#Managing Negative Emotions Becomes Positive
There is a young businessman who is a customer of a best coffee shop in the middle of town. The shop itself is known in addition to its hospitality and service alertness. The dish is one of the best in the city. Therefore, the young entrepreneur is very happy to sit back or meet with his relations there. So many times come to visit, all the employees there-even to the owner's boss-know well and provide a special service for loyal customers who are also known as a respectable businessman in the city.
Until one afternoon, as usual, the young businessman had occupied his corner table. He was seen enjoying the afternoon by reading the message on his cell phone, while waiting for the order that is routinely ordered every day.
It was not long before the waiter came to his table with a cup of hot coffee. However, due to lack of caution and no concentration, when lifting the cup, the hot coffee suddenly spilled over the cell phone, shirt, and pants of the businessman.
"Ouch hot! Where are your eyes? "He exclaimed, standing up. Her hands are busy cleaning up the coffee spill. For a moment he stared angrily at the frightened servant.
"You're a new person, huh? Outrageous! My phone and clothes got coffee spill. How did you replace it ?! "His clatter made the waiter tremble quietly and the rest of the diner turned.
The owner of the tavern immediately ran up, "Sorry sir, sorry. It's our fault. "He swiftly cleared the broken cups and coffee spills, and asked another waiter to deliver a free cup of coffee as an apology.
"This is a new servant. Please forgive, "the store owner told the young businessman. "She's only two days old. Her husband had just died from a fire in their residence. He and his three children survived and now they have to stay in temporary shelters. I accept it here, also more out of pity. Maybe he still has not recovered so lose concentration and make this mistake. Sorry once again, sir. If I have to replace, I am fully responsible as the owner of the store that employs her. "
Hearing the testimony, though still irritated to see his trousers and white clothes are littered by coffee, the flame of anger that suddenly receded, even turned empathy and want to understand. The young entrepreneur is pitiful and feels unworthy he said that rude to him. He finally apologized to the new waiter.
Steemit's wise friend :)
Negative emotions such as anger, envy, hate and so on, often come to us. Often, for various reasons, we often let emotions emerge and seek justification for that overwhelming emotion. And we know, negative emotions can damage common sense and potentially injure yourself and others.
Indeed, not infrequently we also actually have a clear and even justifiable reason to vent emotions. But, if we want to take a breath for a moment, calm the mind, we should be better able to control ourselves. Is it with emotion that problems can be solved more easily? Is the anger all the problems can be solved properly and correctly?
Let's change the point of view, look for different reasons to manage negative emotions to be positive! Every day, we can learn to cultivate sympathy, empathy, and gratitude, starting from the nearest environment. So in the end, our lives are undermined by poor mental illness, which is self-defeating.
All of me, Hopefully useful :)
