Or improve your habits.

The truth is that all of these ideas could work.

And none of them.

Your journey is just that. It’s yours. Some things will work and some things won’t. Some strategies will suit you, others will make things worse. There is no magic strategy or trick that will transform your life. If you’re struggling and think that you just need the right trick, the right approach to make everything easy, then you’ll probably be disappointed.

You’re supposed to be struggling. Growth is always difficult. And if you’re not struggling, then you’re probably just treading water. But if you are struggling, then you’re doing it right.

Keep trying. You’ll never finished, never be done with the work. But you will get further than you are now.
