My dear friends today I am going to tell you a motivational story.
This story is not of any of my friends or of any of my family. This was the inspiration of the story that I read in my mother tongue.

This story begins from a village. Where the summer vacation has started. It is a unique summer vacation that all children go to the open ground to play cricket for the time being. A special thing about summer vacation is that the sky is clear. In the rainy season, black clouds and in the spring are examined. Just summer vacation is such that all children play together. Along with fun, quarrels and noises.

It is a matter of summer holiday when some filmmakers come in the village. The whole village goes to those movie makers. All the people want to see how they work in movies. There was never so much noise in the village. Never before had the people who came to make films in the village. So everyone used to visit this village every day to see them. In them, all the children of the village and a boy named Ramesh also used to go. Filmmaker worked in the village for about 15 days. And all the people and Ramesh also used to go to see all this.

Now the summer vacation has ended. All the children again started going to school. But Ramesh remembers the work of filmmaker and their artist. He had decided in his mind that he would become a film artist in his future. Now Ramesh's mind did not seem to be studying. All the time, just like myself, that's what makes him an artist. And in the same way he started preparing himself. He worked hard to become an artist. He used to see himself as an artist in the mirror everyday

One day a new teacher came to school and asked all the students to introduce themselves. All the students introduced themselves and someone said that he wants to become a doctor by growing up. A student said that he wants to grow up and become an engineer. When Ramesh's time came when he wanted to become an artist by becoming bigger, all the people started laughing. But Ramesh had a strange passion in the eyes when he said he would be the artist. He did not even care for the exam. He kept thinking of becoming an artist all the time.

Ramesh was from a very small village, so the dream to become an artist was very big. All the people used to make fun of him. Ramesh's friends also joked him and said that you would leave the dream of becoming an actor. But Ramesh does not listen to anyone. The number of people who spoke against him, he continued to grow with the same strong intentions.

When Ramesh came to Mumbai, the city of dreams was 18 years old. He had confidence in himself. Ramesh knew that he would find his destination. He stayed in Mumbai for 7 years. Ramesh went to meet an artist so that he could get some work too. Everyday villagers do the abuse to Ramesh. He says Ramesh is a very bad boy. Ramesh does not have any worries about himself and his family. He has been in Mumbai since 7 years and has not been able to get any work for him till date. But Ramesh had confidence in himself. Ramesh knew that he would get his floor today or tomorrow. Ramesh goes out of his house just in the desire to become a daily artist with his passion. Ramesh Daily meets with a new director or a writer hoping for work. It was about seven years since he meet so many artist. Almost whole industry knows him and almost all big artist, writer, and director started to knew him.

Today 7 years later, Ramesh got a job. He worked hard in that drama with his full dedication. Ramesh's work surprised everyone. Ramesh played the part of the drama with full sincerity. His play became very popular. And so much good work came to him that many offers of drama started coming to him. Then Ramesh became a very big artist in nearly two years. Today the villager is talking about Ramesh again. But at the same time, these people are praising Ramesh. Due to Ramesh's good work, he has become a huge artist today. And all the villagers today are just good talk for Ramesh.

Conclusion: - When we decide something and want to do it till death, nobody can stop us.

मेरे प्यारे दोस्तों आज में आप सभी को एक मोटिवेशनल कहानी बताने जा रहा हु।

यह कहानी मेरे किसी दोस्त की या मेरे कोई कुटुंब की नहीं है। यह कहानी की प्रेरणा मेने एक मेरे मातृभाषा में पढ़ी थी।

यह कहानी शुरू होती है एक गांव से। जहां गर्मी की छुट्टी शुरू हो चुकी है। गर्मी की छुट्टी की एक अनोखी बात होती है की वो समय सरे बच्चे बहार क्रिकेट खेलने खुले मैदान में जाते है। गर्मी छुट्टी की एक खास बात ये होती है की आसमान साफ़ होता है। बरसात की मौसम में काले बादल और बसंत ऋतु में परीक्षा होती है। सिर्फ गर्मी की छुट्टी ऐसी होती है की सरे बच्चे साथ खेलते है। साथ में मस्ती , झगड़ा और शोर करते है।

गर्मी की उन छुट्टी की बात है जब गांव में कुछ चलचित्र बनाने वाले आते है। सारा गांव उन चलचित्र बनाने वालो के पास जाता है। वह सारे लोग यही देखना चाहते है की चलचित्र वाले काम कैसे करते है। गांव में इतना शोर पहेल कभी नहीं था।पहले कभी भी गांव में चलचित्र बनाने वाले आये ना थे। तो यही सब देखने गांव वाले रोज़ उन्हें देखने जाते थे। उन में गांव के सारे बच्चे और एक रमेश नाम का लड़का भी जाता था। तक़रीबन १५ दिन चलचित्र वाले वह गांव में काम करते रहे। और सरे लोग और रमेश भी यही सब देखने जाते थे।

अब गर्मी की छुट्टी ख़तम हो गई। सारे बच्चे फिर से स्कूल जाने लगे। लकिन रमेश को अभी तक उन् चलचित्र वालो का काम याद आता था। उसने अपने मन में निश्चित कर लिया था की वही भी बड़ा होकर एक फ़िल्मी कलाकार बनेगा।अब रमेश का मन पढ़ाई में नहीं लगता था। बह सारे समय बस खुद को यही समजाता की उससे तो बस एक कलाकार बनान है। और इसी तरह उसने खुद को तैयार करने लगा। उस ने कलाकार बनने के लिए खूब मेहनत की। वह तो रोज़ अपने आप को आईने में एक कलाकार की तरह देखता था।

एक दिन शाला में नए शिक्षक आये वह सरे विद्यार्थी को खुद के बारे में परिचय देने कहा। सारे विद्यार्थी अपना परिचय दिया और किसी ने कहा वह बड़ा होकर डॉक्टर बनान चाहता है। किसी विद्यार्थी ने कहा वह बड़ा होकर इंजीनियर बनना चाहता है। जब रमेश का समय आया उस्सने कहा वह बड़ा होकर एक कलाकार बनना चाहता है तो सारे लोग हसने लगे। लेकिन रमेश की आँखों में एक अजीब सा जोश था जब उसने कहा वह कलाकार बनेगा। परीक्षा में भी उसका ध्यान नहीं रहता था। वह तो सारे समय बस कलाकार बनने का सोचता रहता था।

रमेश एक बहुत ही छोटे गांव से था तो वह कलाकार बनने का सपना बहुत ही बड़ा था। सरे लोग उसका मज़ाक बनाते रहते थे। रमेश के सरे मित्र भी उसका मज़ाक करते और कहते की तू काललर बनने का सपना छोड़ दे। लेकिन रमेश किसी की नहीं सुनता। जितना लोग उससे बोलते वह उतना ही मज़बूत इरादों से बढ़ता रहा।

रमेश जब १८ साल का हुवा वह सपनो की नगरी मुंबई आया। उसे खुद पर भरोसा था। रमेश को पता था की वह अपनी मंजिल ढूंढ ही लेगा। वह मुंबई में ७ साल तक रहा। रोज़ रमेश किसी कलाकार से मिलने जाता ताकि उसे भी कही काम मिल जाये। गांव वाले रोज़ रमेश की बुराई करते। वह कहते की रमेश बहुत ही बिगड़ा हुवा लड़का है। रमेश को खुद की और घर वालो की कोई चिंता नहीं है। वह मुंबई में ७ साल से है आज तक उससे काम नहीं मिला। लेकिन रमेश को खुद पर भरोसा था। रमेश को पता था की उसे उसकी मंज़िल आज नहीं तो कल मिलेगी। रमेश तो बस अपने जोश के साथ रोज़ कलाकार बनने की इच्छा में घर से बहार जाता। रमेश रोज़ नए निर्देशक से या लेखक से काम की उम्मीद में मिलता। वह ७ साल में इतने सारे लोगो से काम के लिए मिला की तक़रीबन सरे बड़े आर्टिस्ट उससे जानने लगे थे।

आज ७ साल बाद रमेश को एक काम मिला। वह अपनी पुरी मेहनत से उस नाटक में काम किया। रमेश का काम देखेर सरे लोग आश्चर्य हो गए। रमेश नई पूरी ईमानदारी से उस नाटक का किरदार निभाया। उसका नाटक बहुत ही प्रचलित हो गया। और इतना अच्छा काम देखेर उससे बहुत सारे नाटक की ऑफर आने लगी। फिर तक़रीबन २ साल में रमेश बहुत ही बड़ा कलाकार बन गया। आज गांव वाले फिर से उसकी बात कर रहे है। लेकिन इस वक़्त वही लोग रमेश की तारीफ़ कर रहे है। रमेश के अच्छे काम की वजह से आज वह बहुत बड़ा आर्टिस्ट बन गया है। और सारे गांव वाले आज रमेश के लिए सिर्फ अच्छी बात करते है।

निष्कर्ष :- जब हम किसी चीज़ को ठान लेते है और मरते दम तक उसे करना चाहते है तो हमें यकिनंद कोई नहीं रोक सकता।
