There is a phrase that I like very much: "Do not ever let someone come to you and walk away without being better and happier", is the most true and beautiful that I have read. We have to give the best of ourselves to others and when it is our turn to be in a bad situation we will not lack a helping hand.
Spot on my friend, I try to go by that as much as I can an thankfully manage to stay away from the clouds:)... Have a good one.
