You know what cool is?
When you workout so hard that you think you'll never do this again but next time you workout even harder - this is cool.
When you went through all circles of hell at the gym but even so you love it so much that you can't live without - this is cool.
When you made yourself and your body from piece crap, and now you look like a fitness model - this is cool.
When you deserve it, deserve to be respected, to be proud of yourself, you can hold your head up high and you know you deserve it.
YOU are the one who made yourself, and THIS IS COOL, and not the fact that you just have all from the mother nature.
