the soil doesn't put anything (more fruits or more branches) into the seed, the seed has in it the ability to produce trees with fruits , roots, branches etc, all the fruit needs is just to be in the right environment (soil).

Similarly;

Your life is a seed, all the fruits (money, house, wealth, fame etc) you need are all inside you, all you need is to be in the right environment.

Sometimes if you're not producing the kind of results you need, you just need to change your environment. same way a good seed won't grow in the wrong environment, that's the same way you won't grow in the wrong environment.

Environment

Your environment in this case could be those you surround yourself with, your physical environment or where you're putting your time and energy into.

it's important to know that Negativity is very contagious , if you stay around people who speak a language that you don't understand, very soon you'll start understanding what they are saying, all because of association.

Having negative people around you is like sitting close to someone smoking when you don't like smoking. Whether you like it or not, you'll leave that place smelling like a smoker. The smell will rub off on you.

In order to get the best out of you, you'll need to surround yourself with the right persons.

Surround yourself with people who have already achieved more than you have, surround yourself with people that will motivate you either in words or in action, soon enough their success will rub off on you.

Negative people will only see challenges as problems, positive people see challenges as opportunities.

One quick way to get rid of negative people is by asking them what they've done to change the situation they are complaining about, it works every time for me, you will get them thinking.

I once had a friend who was always complaining about how bad the gate to our old house was then. It was so easy for him to spot out a problem, but I didn't notice that his job was just to complain, he made no effort to solve any of those issues.

Complaining when you see a problem is not the problem, the problem is your reason for complaining. Are you complaining so the person that was in charge of that bad sector could be fired or are you complaining so people can see the error and join you solve it?

Success belongs to problem solvers, not complainers . Don't just see problems and complain, come up with a solutions.

The next time someone complains negatively about something or talk down on anyone around you, just simply ask the person "what personal efforts have you made to solve this problem?"" or "what personal efforts have you made to make sure this person becomes a better person?" , this question will scare them off from telling shits next time.

I was privileged to visit an orphanage with @alisonudeme @giftessiet and @bundis10 recently and was surprised to find out some people still don't know what "internet" is. Not because they don't want to, but because their environment hasn't given them access/permission to get such . (more information here)

The same way those kids don't have access to Internet because of their environment, that's the same way you will not have quick access to good and timely information about good things around when you are in the wrong people.

The more you surround yourself with people who are always trying to solve problems and looking for better ways to solve problems, the richer you'll become soon.

The reason why you heard about Steemit late is because you probably hated cryptocurrency, had no idea about cryptocurrency , had no interest on how to make money online or have friends who don't research on how to make money online.
