100 Days pain and suffering CHALLENGE!//100 Tage Schmerz und Leid CHALLENGE! 😎
It is 10 degrees Celsius, it rains and it is very windy in the cold Germany. And now, I'm starting my challenge....
The water temperature is still 14°C.
The Challenge is called,"The Pain and Suffering Challenge."
(This is not supposed to be sadomaso, masochism.)
Basically, this means that I want to do things that are uncomfortable because they require a lot of work, time, concentration, pain, but are helpful, healthy, or help me to progress in some other way. Over the time I have come to the realization that only suffering and pain can take you further. It's the only way to develop and grow. Suffering and pain are your friends, so to speak.
Things I can think of:
Ice bathing (min. 3 times week. until January)
Intermittent Fasting (20 hours)
Don't eat sweets.
Go to the gym (3x week)
Running (3x week)
Learn JavaScript (www.freecodecamp.org)
Learn Python
Take a part-time job.
Speaking to a large audience.
Read 20 books.
Meet interesting people.
With this challenge I would like to test for myself how far I can go in 100 days if I walk the uncomfortable path. I want to leave the comfort zone. I would like to encourage others to define their own goals and start this challenge for 100 days under #paingain100.

Es ist 10 Grad kalt, es regnet und es ist sehr windig im kalten Deutschland. Ich starte heute meine Challenge
Die Wassertemperatur liegt noch bei 14 °C.
Die Challenge heißt, „Die Schmerz und Leid Challenge.“
(Diese soll kein Sadomaso, Masochismus darstellen.)
Im Grunde heißt das, dass ich Dinge tun will, die unbequem sind, weil sie viel Arbeit, Zeit, Konzentration, Schmerzen abverlangen aber hilfreich, gesund oder mich auf irgendeine andere Art weiterbringen. Im Laufe der Zeit bin ich zu der Erkenntnis gekommen, dass nur Leiden und Schmerzen einen weiterbringen. Man kann sich nur so weiterentwickeln und wachsen. Leid und Schmerz sind sozusagen deine Freunde.
Dinge, die mir einfallen sind:
Eisbaden (min. 3x Woche, bis Januar)
Intermittent Fasting (20 Stunden)
Nichts Süßes essen.
Fitnessstudio gehen (3x Woche)
Joggen gehen (3x Woche)
Javascript lernen (www.freecodecamp.org)
Python lernen
Nebenjob annehmen.
Rede vor einem großen Publikum halten.
20 Bücher lesen.
Interessante Menschen kennenlernen.
Mit dieser Challenge möchte ich selbst testen, wie weit man in 100 Tagen kommen kann, wenn man den unbequemen Weg geht. Ich möchte die Komfortzone verlassen. Dazu möchte ich andere animieren selber eigene Ziele zu definieren und für 100 Tage diese Challenge unter #paingain100 zu starten.

Wow. That's an amazing post. Challanging one's self to do uncomfortable things requires a lot of willpower and commitment. Hats off to you buddy and wish that u are able to accomplish all the difficult tasks with flying colours. Upvoted and following u.
