Excellent post, my friend! As someone who has struggled with anxiety and depression in the past I can really take these pointers to heart. I'm also hoping to use Steemit as a creative outlet, and channel through which to get out into the world more and have a reason to report on it outside of myself, if that makes sense? I'm an arch-procrastinator, so having posts like this to read is very inspirational indeed! I'll be following you :)
