I believe strength in a woman comes from her love and passion for what she's doing. That's what make them good leaders, been bossy comes from a certain level of arrogance, it works for some, but does the exact opposite most times...
Thank you, and like I mentioned the definition of 'bossy' plays both ways and women are good leaders.
