Be a Leader and not the Boss

Some people at times take Boss for a Leader and Leader for a Boss. Boss is somebody who gives instructions without having to take part in the implementation
while a Leader is somebody who instructed his followers and still get involved in the implementation of his instruction. Always try to be a leader and not the Boss
