Air America - movie for today
If you think the governments don't smuggle drugs, watch this movie. Starring Mel Gibson and Robert Downey Jr., made in 1990 and it is based on a non fiction book, which takes place in Laos, Vietnam.
Billy goes to Laos to work for Air America, and meets Gene while discovering the dirty business run by the CIA, to smuggle guns and drugs.
It is not a bad movie, so you can enjoy it, it shows the dark and unknown side of the war like the new Tom Cruise movie, American made.
It is an action movie but sometimes funny because of Mel and Robert, who breaks the planes like chopsticks while smuggling the goods. Of course they have enemies...
