In view of the upcoming Blu-Ray & Digital release of the World Hulkbuster Blockbuster Marvel’s Avengers: Infinity War on July 07th, let us discuss a little bit further on what made this movie such a hit worldwide.

CROSSOVER FORMULA

What made the first Avenger Movie such a big success? Why did the fandom receive it with great reviews and comments? Besides of the amazing CGI and battle choreography, this flick had something that had been building over the past Marvel’s films: the crossover on all of the previous stories and characters that we learned to love over the years. With a hitting cast and an amazing performance, Joss Whedon’s The Avengers (2012) had an 8.1/10 rating on IMDB and was one of the new pillars of today’s POP Culture.

COMIC ADAPTATIONS

While some of the character in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (or just MCU) had big differences on their Comic counterparts like Yondu and Drax, Heimdall and Ant-Man and Yellow Jacket; others were amazingly adapted on MCU to appeal on younger audiences like Iron Man, Thor and Spiderman. Even the latest movies like Black Panther and Ant-Man and The Wasp have succeeded in local charts all over the world due to Marvel’s understanding of what the audience want and love of their movies.

COMEDY SIDE

Now, what I personally just love about the MCU is their sense of humor and little jokes all over the franchises. They continuously make jokes about other movies and even insert some references for us the geeks (mandatory “I understood that reference” meme here). Some of the characters are obvious comic reliefs like Hawkeye, Ant-Man and Luis which is actually well received by the fandom. I’m really trying to not spill spoilers here even though I know likely all of us have watched the movie, but the actor’s improvisations like “Why is Gamora” is just pure gold and adds a few laughs to a winning formula. Bonus mention: we can all agree that the winning movie in this category is (hands down) Deadpool.

CAMEOS

Everyone who has gone to the movies and watched any Marvel Movie knows who Stan Lee is. His mandatory cameos in the MCU are always a plus and is even amazing just how we sit our asses just looking for this kind old man and his funny appearances through the flicks. He has been a Fed-Ex Guy, a Millionaire, a Spaceman and a galactic playboy. He even got himself in the Deadpool 2 Trailer as, well, himself! I wish for good health and peace to this genius who gave us all of this. THANK YOU STAN, WHEREVER YOU ARE!

CONCLUSION

All of the above was part of the Avengers: Infinity War and really, really will blow your mind. Even though I love watching this movies at the cinema, there’s nothing like sitting at home with your family and friends and even your pet and enjoy a good movie in the comfort of your sofa. So, prepare yourself for this 31st and grab this gem as soon as you can!
