I Thought Flopping Was Just For Soccer and the NBA

Look out LeBron James! There is a new king... I mean Queen of flopping.

This week, Sydney Sweeny managed the flop of all flops. Her new movie Christy managed to bring in $1.3 million. That honestly would not be bad if this were a "make sure we qualify for the Oscars" mini release in a few dozen theaters.

But Christy was released in TWO THOUSAND theaters.

That equals a pathetic $649 per theater. I'm pretty sure that is not even enough to run the electricity needed to show this dumpster fire. It's too bad too as this may have actually been a good movie if they cast an actual actress instead of a jeans salesperson.

That's now 4 flops in a row for her and that isn't even counting Madame Web which lost about $100 million.
