What new perspective or culture did this film introduce you to?
---
Through this film, I got to see the life of the poor slums of Lebanon in real life. They usually live very hard lives there and they have organized their lives their own way through hardship. My perception of the lives of children who grow up in child labor, illegal settlements and child neglect has changed more deeply and our perception of these children has changed. Children want to live like us, that is, they want to organize their lives in their own way. But they have to enter labor at a young age and as a result, they do not grow up.
Did the film challenge or break any stereotypes?
---
Yes, the idea that all children are happy all the time in the film was a misconception. Because not every child can be happy all the time. In this film, the children are fighting to survive. And we are fighting with ourselves in the search for happiness.
1) Children are innocent, so they are happy.
This issue deeply affects all of us. One of the reasons for this is that children have no fault, they are innocent. And when you are innocent, you can be happy. And this quality, that is, this issue, needs to be taken from our children.
2) Even if you are poor, family is the biggest shelter.
All kinds of people have families and both the poor and the rich all live in families. Without a family, a person not only feels helpless and lonely but also loses his will to live. And the only means of survival in our society is family. Our only shelter is that family.
Which character's journey did you relate to the most?
---
The character of Zain touched me the most. The struggle he has with his life is a struggle he has struggled with more than an adult. In his young life, he spent a lot of time behind this struggle and presented himself in a different way. This issue seems to have taken a different place in the minds of all of us. We can understand a lot by seeing the cries outside, but how many people can understand it? There is a world outside of nature.
Which message of the movie has stuck in your mind?
---
Giving birth to a child means that our responsibility towards our children does not end, but our responsibility towards them has just begun. When a child is born, we have to take all the responsibilities for them from the moment they are born. If we neglect that responsibility, then we are doing injustice to children. We must remember and believe that children are innocent and children are the happiest in this world. Should we inculcate this matter well.
