Apparently the voice function in Discord Mobile works.

Yes. I don't have a computer Microphone handy - so I just use the Discord App on my Android to talk to people.
And, msp-waves does broadcast to a Discord Chat room. The voice is great, but the music sounds bad. Yeah, so fine for a talk show.
