One of my all-time favorites, Don Williams, died today. His writing and music was really amazing! We lost one of the greats....
Oh my God! It's really so sad. I must confess that Don was instrumental in making me 'a love poet'. 'Desperately, missing you desperately, when you are not here with me, I feel a little bit lonely, oh I miss you desperately. I will really miss him. Please rest in perfect peace.
He was such a good writer!
Well, I dont believe that heaven waits
For only those who congregate
I'd like to think of God as love
He's down below
He's up above
He's watchin' people everywhere
He knows who does and doesn't care
And I'm an ordinary man
Sometimes I wonder who I am
But I believe in love.
