Westerns says Tibetan bowls or singing bowls are for 590 years BC .
Tibetan bowl makes a sound that it makes the mind in a relaxed situation so it's the beginning of entrance to meditation mood .
These bowls are used for meditation in temples and meditation centers .
Tibetan bowls are made with 7 metals :

• Gold
• Silver
• Tin
• Mercury
These metals are symbols of 7 planets , respectively :
• Gold ( Sun )
• Silver ( Moon )
• Copper ( Venus )
• Iron ( Mars )
• Tin ( Jupiter )
• Mercury ( Mercury )
• Lead ( Saturn )
Plus using Tibetan bowls for meditation , they are used for for :
• relaxation
• decreasing stress

Based on the researches the vibration that the bowls makes , is able to balance between left hemisphere and right hemisphere of the brain .
Big bowls can be able to product deeper octaves that are better for meditation and small bowls are good for healing sicknesses ( because of displacing it on different parts of body )
In some countries as USA , there are medical stores that sell Tibetan bowls as things for helping to cure sickness by energies .

I used to love the sound of Tibetan bowls after my yoga lessons, especially when we had a special year end lesson around Christmas time, my yoga teacher used to bring out all her bowls including a massive glass one. It was so relaxing.
By the way, a friendly note, I notice you haven't provided the source to any of your images. As a journalist I'm sure you can appreciate how important that is. There are teams on Steemit who check for these sort of things as there are many people who don't provide the necessary credit in their posts.
Thanks for sharing your experiences , I really wanna experience it and know how it feels and oh , I didnt know I have to mention the source , thanks for saying that .🖤🌹
