Coachella 2018 - Rumors/Confirmations as of 7/26/17
Is it too early to start figuring out who will be at the Polo Grounds next April? Never. Many people buy their tickets in June, long before the lineup drops in early January. So the months in between are spent on various forums with other festival goers trying to piece together hints from interviews, verify information given by mangers or "insiders" and looking at tour schedules to see which acts current tour dates fall within the "radius clause" or which acts scheduled shows conflict with the festival dates.
Heres what everyones figured out so far:
CONFIRMED (Direct confirmation from artist, label, agency, trusted source, publication etc., headliners need more than one source)
Beyoncé
LIKELY (Tour dates line up extremely close to festival dates or multiple rumors/hints.)
RUMORED (Various rumors from unverifiable sources)
Arctic Monkeys
Depeche Mode
Jean-Michel Jarre
Justin Timberlake
St. Vincent
UNLIKELY (Tour dates within radius clause, far from venue during festival dates or other)
Metallica
Paramore
Twenty One Pilots
OUT (Unable to perform due to conflicting tour dates or negative response)
