Steemit at our local music festival.
This weekend we attended our local music festival. This takes up the entire town and is a great opportunity for musicians to showcase their work. So I thought that this was a great opportunity to shamelessly advertise steemit, with the help of my fabulous new tshirt.
There were 3 seperate stages, allowing for different genres of music. My favourite was the acoustic stage and displayed a wide range of music from musicians with their instruments and raw voice, to large choirs singing gospel songs to the relaxed audience, right in the heart of the beautiful park.
There was also the indoor beer tent (my partner's favourite) showcasing live local bands
Then in the wonderful weather in the centre of the park was the outdoor stage. Basking in the sunshine and light breeze, the music was just awesome..
And all of this on a gorgeous summer day in the heart of England. It was a great day...
Most of the musicians that we met had never heard of steemit. Such a good opportunity to miss. Will hopefully get to see them on here soon!!!! Have certainly found some new music to follow in the meantime.
