9/24 ANDY HOFFMAN (CryptoGoldCentral.com):Opportunity Knocks – Six Days Until October 1st Wallet Snapshot, When Bitcoin Rhodium’s “Strong Hands” In-Kind Dividend Yield DOUBLES
For centuries, dividends have cushioned the impact of weak stock market conditions – and through the power of compounding, dramatically increased yields during bull markets.
In cryptocurrency, ALL gains are due to price appreciation – except in Bitcoin Rhodium (and when it launches later this year, MWC). To wit, Bitcoin Rhodium’s “Strong Hands” in-kind dividend program launched in January, paying 8,036 XRC per quarter – which through the first two quarters, paid an annual yield of roughly 6%...the low end of the sliding scale range, as essentially NONE of the Strong Hands wallets experienced negative balance movements. In other words, essentially ALL market supply is generated by mining – which in three years, will halve like Bitcoin.
The third quarter payout will occur shortly – and in the fourth quarter, the Strong Hands reward will be doubled to 16,072; which based on the experience of the first two quarters, will increase the annual yield to a whopping 12% - or more, if this time around, significant Strong Hands wallet selling occurred (which I highly doubt).
The doubling is officially for this one pay period only – based on balances held at the UPCOMING OCTOBER 1st WALLET SNAPSHOT – but based on last month’s announcement of this event, may well be extended beyond the fourth quarter. To that end, an additional Strong Hands related announcement is expected shortly, that I look forward to with bated breath.
For those worried about current price weakness, it is all about Bitcoin – which fundamentally, has never been stronger. To that end, consider the price prediction I gave for Bitcoin this morning – and in that context, what COMPOUNDED XRC could be worth under such a scenario.
