MyPictureDay #6: The Street of colorfull umbrellas
Hello steemians, I want to share with you my wonderful day I spent. Emotions were on the top!!! I like events like this one.
So, what´s about?
In the little town named Čakovec, cca 100km far from Zagreb, the capital city of Croatia, is in process cultural – turistic manifestation named „Porcijunkulovo“. It is about selling homemade products by about 300 exhibitors.
The symbol of the manifestation are 3000 colorfull umbrellas which are exhibited through main street of the centar of town.
Walking along the street you can listen to music of the street musicians.
You can`t be hungry when lot of food and drinks are orderd.
By those products you can learn abaut the history of this area. You can see tradicional customs.
In the evening you can enjoy listening to tradicional music and visit concerts of the most popular singers from Croatia.
At the manifestation there is program for children – homemade toys, place for children games, telling the stories and farrytales, riding...
Porcijunkulovo is during 5 days and every year there is more and more turists and more and more new ideas.
You definitly have to take some souvenir with you. Here is it at my fridge. :)
I hope I successed to show you a part of the atmosfere there. I like to visit different events and I will keep up to share with you.

Nice photos, but I want to save the umbrellas. I mean I really just want to grab one or two, don't you? They are so scared way up there, all alone.
