Sweet Mangoes🥭

Mangoes are one of my favorite fruits that I love to eat, and I don't usually buy mangoes because we have varieties of them in the place where I work. Students and individuals are the major people who always pluck these mangoes. From the image above, two students helped me pluck these mangoes around 10:00 in the morning because I didn't want my clothes to get dirty, so I pleaded with them to help harvest the ripe ones that were on top of the tree.

Mangoes are loved by everyone due to their nutritional value. I think we are in the mango season because I have seen both ripe and unripe mangoes on the tree. After they helped me pluck the ripe ones, which I directed them to, both of them came down from the tree, and I selected two or three ripe mangoes while they also selected the right ones, and we all ate together due to their sweetness.

Mangoes have numerous health benefits which is very useful to us so that our body can functioning well. This nutrients can be getting from others fruits as well because they improve our general wellbeing.

Mangoes contain vitamin C, which helps boost the immune system as well as protecting our skin all day long.

Additionally, mangoes also have potassium and magnesium which improve our heart health by reducing our blood pressure. This sweet mangoes also help us as a human because it support our vision as well as also prevent the risk of cancer from those who consume it on a regular basis.

It's essential to consume fruits generally because they would not allow radical disease from destroying our immunity.
