Guinea corn is a good food that we must consume in our homes because it has a lot of health benefits and is not something we should just overlook. It's a common grain that is rich in nutrients, which most doctors in Nigeria normally recommend for healthy living. It is useful to us; in fact, we are in the season of guinea corn, when many farmers begin to harvest it so that consumers can enjoy fresh guinea corn.

We can also make white guinea corn in our different traditional meals, depending on individual choice. We can make it as tuwo and pap; all this can be done through the process of well-grounding with a machine.

The following are the main benefits of white guinea corn:

➡️It improves our digestion due to its high fiber content and can easily help us prevent constipation and bloating, which contribute negatively to our health.

➡️Guinea corn also improves our heart health by lowering our cholesterol, especially the bad kind that is a risk to our health, as well as improving the good kind to promote a healthy lifestyle.

➡️It also helps us to control our blood sugar levels; that's why it's recommended for diabetes patients. The fiber in white guinea corn is a natural ingredient that helps us stabilize our blood sugar.

➡️It gives us more strength and energy, which helps us perform our daily activities as much as we want. The iron and magnesium found in guinea corn help boost our immune system.

We can store this grain in our households so we don't have to worry, but in most cases, we must check it from time to time for attacks by rodents, diseases, and insects.

White guinea corn is mostly used as children’s food in Nigeria because it promotes their well-being and allows them to enjoy it to the fullest. It would be better if we added a little sugar to it. In fact, some older people consume it because they believe it helps them cure their malaria, particularly when excessive sweat comes out of their bodies.
