Today, l went out to visit meal station, to look at how the process of oil is being carried out,l now know that, it's a team work and understanding the traditional method, the station is usually set-up near a cooking area, we're the heat tools is needed, for you to get to the oil extraction, first you must set fire, and put a very big largest pot, so that it will content the palm canel,an put enough water to the pot according to the size of the pot,then pour all your palm canel inside the pot, and aloud water to cover it very well, an covered the pot or you can keep it open while cooking it, and step out of that place, because they fired will be to hot, but you have to be around so that, you can notice when the fire will go down, you can now put it back.

This is a palm canel pressing machine,is designed to crush the hand to squeeze out the valuable oil inside, while also separating, the residue known as canel cake, the pressing machine has made it faster for people, now this is the process, the process begins with cleaning and sorting the canel any stone ,shell,or debris are removed to prevent damage to the machine.
