How are you all? I hope you are all well. I am also doing well. Today I am sharing with you about a pharmacy.The name of this pharmacy is M/S Bismillah Drug House.It is located in Joydevpur, Gazipur. And it is located next to many renowned diagnostic centers in Bangladesh. This is our local pharmacy here.
The pharmacy is fairly large lengthwise but not very large sideways. They store most of their medicines in the empty space above the store. They have all kinds of medicines available here at wholesale and retail prices. They also measure blood pressure, diabetes, weight, etc. They also have facilities for any type of injection and nebulizers for patients with breathing problems.
Their entire shop is filled with various medicines. There are two staff members in addition to the owner. Here they have some discounts for regular customers and staff. And the store staff is also very nice. Through these, they gradually gain an understanding of saline push or injection push and different types of medicine. They have arranged some medicines that are for children, some that are for skin care, and some products according to the company name. I didn't notice any separate sections like that.
There are some medicines that need to be stored in the refrigerator. Their shop also had a small refrigerator where they kept many medicines so that the medicines would not spoil. They have almost all kinds of medicines available here. And they don't really give out any over-the-counter medications. They only sell medications with a doctor's prescription. They didn't have any herbal medicine here. And I saw that they have an online payment system here, which is very necessary in today's times.
Their customer service is pretty good. And the owner of this pharmacy is a pharmacist.And they treat customers nicely and explain things to them nicely if they don't understand something. It has been here for about 5 to 6 years and is quite well known. Also, they always stock and sell good branded medicines. And the medicines in their shop are very expired. The prices of the medicines in their shop are almost the same as in other shops. However, the rate is slightly lower than the rate written on the medicine packet. And their shop is very clean.
As far as I know, there is no 24-hour service here. Since there is a hospital and diagnostic center next door, they don't have to provide 24-hour service.

They have a nice seating area and parking here, but they don't offer home delivery of medicines. And they followed all kinds of safety measures. For example, during the Corona pandemic, even though everything was closed, the pharmacy was open, so they followed all kinds of safety measures. They used hand sanitizer and hand gloves. And most importantly, they tied a rope in front of the store to maintain a little distance from people. They follow these types of safety measures during a pandemic.

This pharmacy is close to my house and we are familiar with them, so we always go to this pharmacy. And when we go to them for the medicine we need, we get it very quickly. Also, if there is any problem, guidelines can be obtained from them. All of this is because I prefer this pharmacy.I had a very good experience. I got to know the prices of different medicines and learned about the medicines.
