"TENSE AGRO LIMITED" is basically a "pesticide re-packing factory and marketing organization" The company is approved by the Department of Agricultural Extension, Khamarbari, Dhaka, Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. And approved by the Department of Agricultural Extension, Khamarbari, Banani, Bogra. This pesticide factory was established in 2021. When the whole world was standing still, in fear of the terrible infectious disease called Corona. When everyone was standing still in fear, fear, and fear. Right then, the authorities of "TENSE Agro Limited" started their journey with courage equal to the mountains and hope equal to the sky, trusting in Allah. The results of hope and courage are now clear as daylight.

Geographical location. Tens Agro Limited Factory, one of the cleanest and busiest cities in Bangladesh, Bogra. The city that many people in the northern region also know as the second capital of Bangladesh. It is located in an area called Ranirhat in Shahjahanpur Upazila, a little away from the hustle and bustle of the famous second capital of Bangladesh, Bogra. If I tell you a little easier, I will say that if you move 6 to 7 kilometers south from Zia Medical College and Hospital towards Natore route, you will see this factory on the right side. There is also Google location, which will easily reach your destination.

Before entering the entrance gate of this factory, you will see a building of extraordinary beauty. And as soon as you enter the gate with the permission of the security guard, you will see this beautiful building. A few days ago, for a personal need, I went to meet the respected Imam of the prayer room of this factory. After entering, I noticed construction work going on on the right side. That is, the work of the cargo lift is underway to go up the multi-storey building. Although there is a small lift on the other side where it is usually possible to move 5/6 people up and down. I also noticed two signboards hanging on the wall. So I took a selfie.

The cleanliness and beauty of this factory impressed me. The more I moved forward, the more impressed I became. Thinking that it is possible to keep a factory so clean? Leaving this line of thought behind me, the cleanliness of this factory has really improved. As I moved forward, I noticed a large district truck standing. Probably it has unloaded some goods and is standing on the way out. So I also captured it on camera without delay. As I moved forward, I noticed a company's cupboard van standing.

In this way, I wandered around the different rooms of the factory and observed their activities. ‌ Entering the godown, I saw many drums lined up. Maybe various chemicals are stored there. Since agricultural work requires the use of medicines to get rid of various diseases and pests. And the job of this factory is to supply various pesticides. Therefore, good quality chemicals have been imported from outside and stored here.

I entered another room and noticed that various types of packaged medicines are being prepared by filling cartons for parceling. Which will reach farmers or shopkeepers in different parts of the country through courier service, directly to the hands of farmers or to small dealer points. The necessary items for parceling, such as ropes to tie the cartons, are provided by the respected Imam, my respected elder brother Mufti Rashedul Islam Pathan. I have also supplied cartoons to my dear brother for a few days.

Inside the factory, I noticed walking around in different places. Various types of pesticides are advised. And banners have been placed. So that new arrivals can easily understand which one is used for what purpose. However, I come and go to this company occasionally. To meet my dear elder brother. I really like coming here. Everyone behaves like a brother. They are very hospitable. The most important thing is that all those in charge of this factory are very honest and good people.
Everyone, including the farmers, is satisfied with their behavior. And everyone is religious. As soon as the call to prayer is given, everyone stops working and comes to the prayer room to pray with the congregation. I wish this company to continue to improve. I am ending here today with this hope.
