Our Pineapples Survived Against All Odds

Hello guys welcome to my blog, it's been a while since I shared stuff about my farm activities. No doubt I've been going to the farm but I've not really been sharing my experience with y'all maybe because I've been a little been busy to put my experience in writing. But I'm glad I'm getting to share this with you today.

I found out something shocking in my last visit to the farm and that is captured in the cover image of this post. I'm still gonna share it below for you to see what I'm saying. I mean I was very surprise how that our pineapple which we deemed dead and left unattended to began to survive without care.

I didnt see it at first, I was on my way home when one of our workers showed me the pineapple, it wasn't one, nor two not even three, it was about 8 that I saw growing on its own and surviving without care even in this dry season.

The amazing part was that it is growing in the bush,among tough weeds which I assumed should have chocked and suffocated it to death but here we are beholding these beauties. Of course there are many of them that didnt survive because growing pinapple wasnt in our plan at all.

We didnt even plant it, we met them on the farm when we acquired it but we gave no attention to it because of the poor condition we met. So It wasn't our priority at all. Little did we know that they didn't really die even when we assumed they were, as you can see they gave forth their fruit in their numbers.

Since they are beginning to show signs of survival and growth, it would be human for us to now nurture the ones that have survived to maturity. To be sincere, I'm happy about what I saw. This is actually a subtle message that even in the harshest of environments things can still thrive and survive. Even as humans, we can learn "tenacity" from this living thing called plant.
