I hope everyone is well, I have come to participate in the fifth week of learning challenge. Sweets are one of my favorite foods. I go to various sweet shops to eat them. The most traditional and famous sweet in my area is (Rasgolla). Originally from Bengal, this is the oldest sweet that people used to make in the past. Recently, various types of sweets are seen in our country, but in the past, no other sweet was available except Rasgulla. This sweet has a long history in the past. Let me share information with you today about this Siraj Sweets Store.

What is the traditional sweet that represents the gastronomy of your country?

Rosgolla

When we look at the history of the beginning of the world of sweets in Bangladesh, we see that only one sweet is called rasgolla. This sweet is called by different names in different places. However, everyone will recognize this sweet by one name, rasgolla. This sweet is made with sugar and milk powder, which is very delicious. In addition, the reason why this rain is called rasgolla is that it is soaked in sugar juice. You can eat bread or other foods together with this sweet. The sweets are actually floating in the juice. Currently, I have seen this sweet in this shop and there are other types of this sweet. This sweet is of different sizes in different places. This sweet weighs one to one and a half kilograms and is made by sweet sellers, but these are rare.This sweet is in great demand and is sold in large quantities in all sweet shops.

What is the most emblematic sweet they offer in this establishment?

I observed the sweet shop and noticed that there are almost all types of sweets there. The sweet shop sells the most rosagolla and chamchom. In fact, the sweet shopkeeper makes sweets according to the market and the needs of the people. Most people come to this shop to buy sweets for themselves and their relatives and they are available at affordable prices and among the interests, rosagolla and chamchom are the most sold in this shop and this helps to sustain this shop. Besides, there are some sweets which are more expensive but more delicious. These are not very common people can buy but those who are looking for a little taste will find them here. This shop only sells sweets and does not sell anything else. Moreover, there is no environment to eat sweets and sit in this shop, you have to buy sweets and leave only. If you want, you cannot sit here and eat sweets because there is no such environment and it is right next to the road so there is no place to park motorcycles or vehicles.

What sweet of foreign origin would you like to taste?

Tiramisu sweet . This is an Italian dessert. I have never tried this dessert. But I heard that it is very delicious and I like its ingredients. So I think if I had a bowl of this dessert, I would eat it with pleasure. It is a soft and creamy coffee-flavored dessert. It is made by soaking ladyfinger biscuits in coffee and then layering them with mascarpone cheese, eggs, sugar, and cocoa powder. The tartness of the coffee, the smoothness of the cheese, and the light crunch of the cocoa combine to create a unique dessert. 😁
