Various vegetables are cultivated and available in the market according to the season. It is winter now. So, a lot of winter vegetables are available in the market. Winter is called the season of vegetables. Due to its abundance, the price of vegetables is within reach at this time. Farmers spend a very busy time during this time. Eating vegetables in winter gives a different satisfaction. Winter vegetables are cauliflower, cabbage, broccoli, gourd, beans, carrots, radishes, tomatoes, spinach, red cabbage, coriander leaves, brinjal, potatoes, cabbage, capsicum, and various types of greens and root vegetables, which are good in cold weather and are available and cultivated in large quantities during this time. These vegetables are rich in vitamins and minerals and have more taste and nutritional value than other times of the year. Each of us likes different vegetables. We cook and eat these vegetables in different ways. So today, let's find out from our friends on this platform which vegetables they like.
