Friends, how are you all? I hope you are all doing well, and I am also doing well, Alhamdulillah. Today I have a great recipe for you. Today I will make this delicious palm pitha. Everyone loves to eat palm pitha. Palm is a popular fruit in our country, and it is a fibrous fruit. It cannot be eaten in any other way. Of course, to make palm pitha, we need the palm juice that comes from the palm. We can make different types of dishes with that juice. Of course, we can also make palm pitha and various types of pitha and give them to our family. Today I made palm pitha. Let me share the complete recipe with you.

Required materials 👇🏾

●Palm
● sugar
●Rice flour
● Kusher jaggery
●atta
●Oil

The Process of recipe


🟫 Step 01

🌘To make pitha, first we will need palm juice. Here I have taken two large-sized palms, and from there I have almost squeezed the juice and put it in a bowl.

🌘Then I will add the amount of rice powder here, based on the amount of palm juice.

🌘Then I will add two spoons of flour here so that my batter does not become too hard and remains soft. I have to add this flour.

🌘Then I will juggery for kosher here. Here, the jaggery should be used according to everyone's taste. If someone wants it to be sweeter, they should use more jaggery, and if someone wants the cake to be less sweet, they should definitely reduce the amount of jaggery.

🌘Then I'll rub everything well with my hands.

🌘Then, after mixing everything well, I'll leave it aside for 5 to 10 minutes.

🌘Then I will take a pan and put it on the stove, and I will add a little more oil and heat it well on high heat.

🌘The oil is hot here. I will take a small amount of palm kernel flour and add it here, little by little.

🌘Then the middle one is here. I will fry the pithas well. It will definitely take some time, and I will definitely wait here for that time.

🌘Then I will place the pithas on a plate lined with tissue paper so the tissue paper can absorb excess oil.
