Homemade mango jelly

Friends, how are you all? I hope you are all doing well, and I am also doing well, Alhamdulillah. Today, I have come up with a great recipe for you. Today I have made mango jelly with fresh mangoes. This is a different type of jelly, but it is very tasty to eat. If you cannot make such a recipe in this mango season, then you are a failure. So, I have prepared such recipes in an easy way, but I will share them with you.

Required materials 👇🏾

1👉Sugar
2👉Fruit Color
3👉Chili Flex
4👉Beet Salt
5👉Salt
6👉Mango

The Process of recipe


🟫 Step 01

🥭To prepare today's recipe, I will first need five mangoes.
🥭Then I washed the mangoes well, peeled them, and cut them like Size did, leaving out the pits.

🟫 Step 02

🥭Next, I need to boil my mangoes, so I chose a pressure cooker and boiled the mangoes thoroughly for five minutes with a little water.
🥭Then I took the boiled mangoes in a strainer and strained them well.
🥭Then the mango became cooked , and I threw away the extra pieces that I had.

🟫 Step 03

🥭Then I will need the liquid part of the mango that I have squeezed out for cooking.
🥭Then I will put the mango pieces on the stove.

🟫 Step 04

🥭Then I will add sugar to taste. You can increase or decrease the amount of sugar according to your own taste.
🥭Then I'll add a small amount of chili flakes here, but not too much, the rice will be too spicy.
🥭Then I will add salt to taste.

🟫 Step 05

🥭Then I will add a little cumin powder here.
🥭Then add a little bit of salt here and there.

🟫 Step 06

🥭Then I will give food coloring, which will help a lot in bringing out the color of my mango jelly. Anyone can use any type of food coloring here, but you have to use a very small quantity.
🥭Then mix everything and cook well.
🥭Then I cooked it for about 15 to 20 minutes, during which time the water inside the mango had dried out, and the mango had almost turned into a jelly-like state.
🥭Then I take a steel bowl to hold the mango part and brush it with a little oil. While it is still hot, I pour the jelly in and spread it out nicely.
🥭Then this jelly needs to be dried. I'll not dry it in the sun. I'll leave it in the air for about a day. It'll dry out. And after a day, when you pick it up, it'll come out beautifully, as you can see.

🥭Cut into small pieces and place on a plate to serve.
