I love Yosemite & Sequoia; Yellowstone & Olmpic are other ones I'd love to visit when I visit the US at some point in the near future as well :)

I didn't mention it, but Olympic is also great since it isn't nearly as busy as some of the bigger names. Yellowstone in the summer is a traffic nightmare. Traffic in Yosemite can get bad, but mostly just in the Valley.
