Liuzhou Forest City : China Is Building The First Forest City In The World !
We are living in a very exciting time ! A lot of innovations are currently made to increase our quality of life and to try to live in harmony with nature. I wanted to share with you a very concrete example that will be delivered soon !
Liuzhou Forest City is the name of the project that China is currently building in the south part of the country (mountain area of Guangxi).
It is designed by Stefano Boeri Architetti that build amazing green project around the world !
Project will be delivered in 2020 with incredible features, it will:
- host 30 000 people
- absorb almost 10,000 tons of CO2 and 57 tons of pollutants per year
- produce 900 tons of oxygen
- provide a fast rail line for electric cars
- get 40,000 trees
- get 1 million plants
- be self-sufficient
