Sai Noi Beach & Khao Tao Visit

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...
It is not easy to fill my weekdays since I stopped doing Hot Yoga and switched to doing more trips mainly in the weekend. So one of the things I have been doing in searching some youtube channels who visit hidden things in the area and go on some kind of quest to check it out myself.

So on Tuesday after a slow monday, this was to go check out a small hidden beach named Sai Noi Beach. This possibly as a thing to do with my girlfriend over the weekend.

So I took a grab there which cost 144 Baht first stopping by Market Village to get an umbrella as the weather isn't the most stable and some rain or heavy sun could be expected. The rain was the case when I arrived at the secluded beach so that took quite a bit away from the experience
