Isn't NEO a china coin since they can't use ethereum ? To me NEO is a centralizes coin and by product of Chinas crackdowns on ICOs and bitcoin.

It is a Chinese Coin however the technology behind it is very strong, i do not believe NEO is centralised but I know they had issues with the Chinese regulations
