I love the mention of great wine in Georgia at the end.
They still make a lot of organic wine in the traditional method; the flavours can be very different than "supermarket" wines. Their orange wine is awesome.

yes Qvevri pots, often buried. They always remind me of Kimshi pots.
I used to work in a restaurant called Ottolenghi and loved drinking all the various organic wines... you've just made me thirsty lol
