Yeah ok I'm glad someone else noticed this and had the same issue because I was thinking maybe I was going crazy lol.
Yeah i bought some NEO the month before and i couldnt withdraw it, i had to sell it, send funds to binance and cryptopia in order to buy and withdraw them, i guess they want to lock up the NEO to get that GAS lool
