Franz Joseph Gall (1758–1828), was a German physician and anatomist, who came up with the idea, through observation and personal experience, that one could determine the strength of a man’s character by the way his head was shaped. Gall began developing his theories in Vienna in the 1790s. As a young man, Gall noticed that classmates with strong verbal memories often had prominent heads, and bulging eyes. This simple observation sparked his lifelong conviction that specific mental faculties must be linked to specific physical features of the head. He was part of a larger intellectual movement seeking to understand human nature through science. Gall was determined to prove that the mind was not an ethereal spirit, but a product of the physical brain. He argued that the brain was the organ of the mind, and that different mental functions (like memory, courage, or ambition) were localized in specific "organs," or regions of the brain.
Of course this study became known as Phrenology, and it eventually became a plank of the eugenics movement. Eugenics and Phrenology were both pretty thoroughly debunked. Phrenology is basically dead, but Eugenics lives on.
Eugenics lives on in gene editing, cloning and loosely speaking this neuroscience witchcraft the cult is trying to sell us.
The goal of the psychotic Hapsburg diaspora, (one will note that many of the characters we have researched for their anti-human beliefs and projects have emerged from this region), is clearly stated. To improve the race.
Which race? Their race. Their “human” race, as they do not consider the melinated of the planet as “human.” Human-ish, is the best we’re gonna get.
What too many humans seem to miss, (sorry for the cliché), is that the eugenics quest continues.
Gall was a humanist. His idea was that humans could be “improved” by banging the lumps of mischief out of their skulls. (Just kidding.) His idea was that the best could be recognized and made generals, while the worst can be sent to labor camps. That’s the basic gist of Gall’s pseudoscience.
For Gall and his followers, phrenology was a thrilling science of certainty in an uncertain age. It promised to turn the messy, complicated problems of crime, madness, and human nature into a simple, tactile science of reading skull bumps. Its primary target was the criminal and the insane, and it was advanced by a man who was part of the medical elite, was backed by powerful patrons, and understood the power of spectacle and self-promotion. He was permitted to advance his quest because he successfully navigated the political and social worlds of his time, even as he was condemned by the authorities of the Church and State.
From the same region, years later emerged psychology. It involves the same idea. Walks the same path. Improvement of the race through behavior modification. Instead of banging on the outside of the skull, the psychologist, also called a “head shrinker,” (wonder why?), could determine which beast might become a ruthless soldier, and which types should be sent to labor camps. But psychology didn’t stop there. It could, or so it’s claimed, to be able to turn a lamb into a ruthless assassin and wipe its memory.
Same goal. Different name. Same part of the world.
Neuroscience is no different. The gurus speak eloquently in flowery spiritual language, but the bottom line is human control, and it’s no different than what Gall had in mind.
Predictability and control of human behavior is what’s driving modern neuroscience when it claims to "locate" consciousness, free will, or moral reasoning in specific firing patterns. The language has changed. We no longer say, "organ of Benevolence," we say "default mode network" or "prefrontal cortex activation", but the underlying promise is identical.
"We can see it. We can measure it. Therefore, we can predict it. And therefore, we can intervene."
And who is the target of that intervention? The same populations Gall measured in the prisons and asylums of Vienna and Berlin. The criminal. The mad. The poor. The unruly. The "deficient." The modern neuroscientist may not use calipers, but they use predictive policing algorithms that claim to identify future criminals based on brain scans. They use "mental health" screenings in schools that flag children for behavioral intervention based on neurological "risk factors." They use lie-detection brain imaging in courts. They use neuro-marketing to manipulate consumer behavior.
But many of the amateurs are using this language and this “science” to lure the sad, lonely and uncertain into their “circles of enlightened beings,” and spiritually awakened. For a subscription fee.

It is all the same project, the management of human beings through the supposed science of their own brains.
Modern neuroscience makes a more subtle, and in some ways more dangerous, claim. It says: We do not deny spirit or consciousness. We simply say they are emergent properties of neural activity. And because they are emergent, they are still measurable. We will find the neural correlate of your prayer, your love, your awe, your free will. And once we find it, we will know it is not supernatural, it is electrochemical.
This is a sleight of hand. They keep the language of the sacred, ("consciousness," "self") while draining it of any mystery. They say, "we are studying the physical basis of the soul," but what they mean is "we are proving the soul is physical." And once it is physical, it is manageable.
Can you measure a prayer? No. But you can measure the brain activity that accompanies prayer. And once you can measure that, you can ask: Is this prayer "normal"? Is this devotional activity "healthy"? Should we regulate this? Should we medicate this?
The step from measurement to management is instantaneous.
This is why your boy goes off about this neuroscience cult and its claims. It’s Phrenology dressed up in a one piece space costume like the aliens that came to earth always wore in 1950s sci-fi movies. Modern neuroscience is walking the same path as Phrenology and Psychology, and what has that brought us? Eugenics. MK Ultra, subliminal messaging in Disney movies, Manchurian Candidates, alien abduction stories and a pharmaceutical industry whose revenues depend of psychotropic drugs.
But somehow neuroscience is different?
This is just something we noticed. If you want to be “enlightened,” you really have to walk down a lot of dark alleys. We must quadrastand, especially the Global Majority, that the Anglo-Saxon “race,” means us no good. They will take you on a trip to the Grand Canyon, insist that you step up to a cliff to get a better look at the rocks, and then push you over.
And you may think that this is cynical. Good. I’m a cynical mo fo. Then ask yourself why. And then look at current events. Then look at his-story. Then read some of the blogs of whistle-blowers, then read the his-story of Africa, King Leopold, Patrice Lumumba. Why was Bill Gates expelled from India?
