Captured in Taiwan the viper shark, one of the most terrifying animals in the world
The animal world is full of rare and unknown species that can leave us speechless. The last one we have known has been a fish called 'viper shark', which has been captured by fishermen in Taiwan and whose existence was discovered in 1986.
Este animal puede habitar en las costas de Hawai, Japón y Taiwán y se encuentra a 300 metros de profundidad, subiendo raramente a la superficie.
The appearance of the animal, as you can see, is absolutely terrifying, measuring up to 47 centimeters and having an extendable jaw, reminiscent of the mythical Alien character.
Its scientific name is Trigonognathus kabeyai and it kills its victims very quickly thanks to its impressive jaw. It is carnivorous and is capable of swallowing its entire prey. In addition, it has sharp needle fangs and a line of photophores, a celluloid organ that some fish possess and that allows them to emit light.
Still not much is known about this chilling animal but after capturing this specimen in Taiwan it is expected to get more information about it.
