NATO Fractured: Germany to Pull Troops from Incirlik Turkey

Turkey, Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said at a news conference with his German counterpart that Germany was not allowed to visit their troops at Incirlik Air Base, Turkey.

"At the moment a visit to the NATO base in Konya is possible, rather than Incirlik," Cavusoglu said.
