This is my first canvas painting. I have made a few mistake but as my first attempt i did a pretty decent job.I found the inspiration from youtube. I am kinda fond of darkness. Maybe this is why this art looks this dence and great.

I am not an artist and it is difficult for me to judge all the subtleties of the work done. The contrast of light and dark is really good. But the large white trunk is in the middle of the picture... he doesn't let me go deep into the painting, and the yellow leaf on the left (if that's him) distracts my attention.
These are just the photographer's observations and an attempt to give feedback :)

я не художник и мне сложно судить о всех тонкостях проделанной работы. Контраст светлого и тёмного действительно хорош. Но крупный белый ствол посередине рисунка... он не пускает меня вглубь картины, а жёлтый листочек слева (если это он) отвлекает моё внимание.
Это всего лишь наблюдения фотографа и попытка дать обратную связь :)

Visual art has common laws. I just physically feel that this light tree in the foreground does not let me inside the painting) Maybe I'm not the only one.
У визуального искусства общие законы. Я просто физически ощущаю, что это светлое дерево на переднем плане не пускает меня внутрь картины) Возможно не меня одного.

To me your painting doesn't look dark at all. The white trees and yellow leaves attract most attention.
