Introduction post | ACHIVEMENT 1 (03 / 12 / 2026)

Good afternoon to you all, my name is Chelsey Afia Khey and this is a blog to introduce myself to Steemit. I'm from Ghana and blessed with a good home. I love my family a lot and I thank God all four of us, which is my dad and mom, myself and my big sister are alive and well.

Blood may be thicker than water, but loyalty is a gift. I'm blessed to have a family I can rely and depend on and they love me so much too. People may talk about loyalty like it's some kind of contract, but that's not it at all. This past Monday was a long day for me. My sister, as usual, didn't sleep much, I called her at 2am and started crying all over the place because of depression and relationship problem. She told me that they were there for me and that's it she never asked me why I was acting like a baby or what was wrong with me, but some people choose to stick around.

It's also great to have friends who never ask for a reason to stay with you. I don't socialize much I'm mostly at home watching Netflix.

Speaking of Netflix, it's my main hobby. I've gone through five series on Netflix already. Korean dramas just take up so much of the day. They're much more fun than thinking about all my real life problems. I could go outside and be social, but this is just too easy. I feel at peace in my mind when reading the subtitles and watching the action especially horror ones like Alice in the borderland.

The characters cry all the time and I feel like crying all the time too for no reason. You have no idea how much a tv show can help a person learn some valuable lessons in life. And it inspires me to see life from a different perspective and appreciate the value of people in my life.
