My Uncle's wedding: A happy day

Hi everyone, just wanted to share a bit of how my uncle's wedding went . It happened on the 18th and 19th of April and I was one of his grooms men , believe me it was a great one.

I left my residence about 12 pm that Saturday afternoon because I had to put things in place before leaving the house , you know it was a Saturday and in my introductory post I said I do ball on weekends and that Saturday wasn't an exception. So I was bit late.

The traditional marriage has just begun buh i wasn't on the family uniform, because my cousin wasn't done sewing it I rushed down Tu the house from the event centre and Thank God he was just completing the sewing, I quickly changed to it and went back to the centre of the event .

When I arrived my aunt charged me to help in sharing food to the guests, and then in a bit the family of the groom were invited to bring him, and we moved

Everything thing moved on smoothly and the TM was a successful one . After the TM , the couple, the grooms men and the bridesmaid were lodged in a hotel that night because we all had a little dance practice for the reception after the church wedding.

We had drank enough at the hotel buh we still woke up early enough to get things done beside moving to the church. We made it on time to church and we processed into the congregation and had our seats in the presence of the Lord. Everything went smoothly and about four hours it was called a wrap and photos were taken accordingly.

We marched in, took our places and the mc began appropriately. We had games , the cake was cut , the couples has their time and we did our dance . It was so much fun buh I was tired.

We and the entire grooms family headed to one of my aunt's place . We ate , drank , had fun and my cousins were so happy for we haven't seen each other in a long time . My uncles and aunts even my dad and their time drinking and discussing while me and my cousins were taking photos and having our own fun.

We all slept over there and on the next day which was Monday, we went to a stream at Abak . When we came back, our aunt had made our signature meal (Afang soup). We ate very well and departed . It was so much fun, meeting with family and I was so happy.
