Achievement -1: My introduction post (15-01-2026)

Hello everyone, My name is Esther Joseph but here on steemit, I go by the username @esttee.

I'm truly excited to be here and to finally make my official introduction to this amazing community. I hope you are all doing great today . If you are wondering why I chose the name @esttee, it's actually a simple and personal twist from my name Esther . It is short, unique and easy to remember . It represents me and the creative side I hope to express on this platform .

INTRODUCING MYSELF

I'm a calm and thoughtful person who enjoys self-expression and personal growth . I love observing life , learning new things and sharing ideas that are relatable and meaningful. I believe growth comes from openness , and I enjoy engaging in conversations that broaden perspective.
I appreciate creativity, honesty and genuine connections. I'm someone who values learning from experiences, both mine and others. Through steemit, I hope to express myself better ,improve my writing ,and connect with people from different backgrounds.

ABOUT MY FAMILY

I'm from a family of four and proudly occupy the third position in the Joseph s family. Growing up in a small family meant there was no hiding place. Everyone knows everyone's business, whether you like it or not .It taught me responsibility early and also gave me my fair share of family jokes and playful teasing.

My family is built in love, discipline,and mutual respect ,we may not be perfect but we understand the importance of supporting one another, especially during challenging moments.Each person in my family has played a role in shaping who I am today, whether through advice, correction or simple encouragement .

Living in a close knit home helped me learn patience , cooperation and how to listen sometimes even when I didn't want to .The lessons,laughter and shared experiences continue to influence my values and outlook on life , and for that I'm truly grateful.

MY ACADEMIC

I attended Christ the head academy in Akwa Ibom state where I began my academic journey through creche , Nursery and basics classes as they were called back then. Those early years were simple and formative, laying the foundation for my love for learning .

I proceeded to my secondary education at victory comprehensive secondary school also here in Akwa Ibom state .
This phase came with more hostile experiences than welcoming ones which I often describe as "the tunnel of bullying" If you weren't a perfect or among the senior students, you were easily targeted by those who were .

Despite the challenges,I pushed through.
Today, I am a 300 level student of the university of uyo ,still growing ,learning and becoming stronger with every step of my academic journey.

HOW I KNEW ABOUT STEEMIT

Yesterday I decided to check in on @purpleidy23 and see how she has been doing . We caught up a little, shared what we've been up to lately,and before long, our conversation naturally turned to STEEMIT.

WHAT STEEMIT SHOULD EXPECT FROM ME

I suddenly developed so much interest in this platform because why better way to express my daily activities and hobbies through writing ? A space where my thoughts, experiences and my little adventures can be shared and even better , read by Wonderful readers like you who take out time to connect with my stories.
On this note, I take a bold step today and booked a day with growth by choosing @purpleidy23 as my mentor . I believe this journey will help me grow ,learn and express myself even better here on steemit .
