"A Day in the Life of a Milk Shop Owner During Ramadan - From Sehri to Iftar"
Bismillah-ir-Rahman-ir-Rahim
Assalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuh!
Dear Steemit Family,
Today I want to share my day with you. This is a special day because I am fasting in the holy month of Ramadan.
📸 Photo 1: My Photo
This is my own photo.
I woke up early for Sehri (pre-dawn meal). Half an hour after Sehri, it was time to close the fast.
15 minutes later, it was time for Fajr prayer and I went to the mosque.
📸 Photo 2: Inside the Mosque After Prayer
This photo is inside the mosque. After praying Fajr, I sat for a while and made dua.
📸 Photo 3: Mosque in the Darkness
When I came out of the mosque, it was still dark. I took this photo of the mosque in the darkness with its lights on.
🥛 Work at the Shop
Half an hour after prayer, I reached my milk shop. I started the milk work.
Soon after, the milkman came with milk on his rickshaw.
📸 Photo 4: Milkman's Rickshaw
He gave me milk - two, four liters at a time.
😴 Afternoon Rest
I felt a little tired. After Zuhr prayer, I rested and slept for a while until 3 PM.
🏪 Opened Shop at 3 PM
At 3 PM, I opened my shop. I kept the milk open on the counter so customers could see it and pay attention.
📸 Photo 5: Milk and Yogurt
This photo shows the milk and yogurt I kept for my customers.
🌆 Asr Prayer
At 5 PM, it was time for Asr prayer. I prayed Asr.
Half an hour after prayer, I started preparing for Iftar.
🌙 Iftar and Going Home
I packed up the shop and headed home to break my fast.
At home, I opened my fast. Exactly 15 minutes later, the Maghrib Adhan started and I went to the mosque for prayer.
🤲 My Day
This is my day while fasting. I worked, I prayed, I fasted.
Alhamdulillah, I am grateful to Allah for giving me the strength to do all this.
🙏 Please Pray for Me
Dear brothers and sisters, please keep me in your prayers. May Allah accept my fasts and bless my business.
Your brother,
[MuhammadFarooq]
